Our GROW coaching programs are available at three levels of intensity:
GROW Kickstart
For individuals. A one-hour strategy session where we review your current situation and identify priority areas for high-impact change. Includes online personal assessment profile.
GROW Series
For individuals and teams. Monthly, two-hour coaching sessions to address business issues as they arise and keep our clients on track for more success. Includes
- worksheets and checklists;
- email updates on relevant issues;
- detailed profile of attitudes, motivations, interpersonal skills, work preferences and interests (2 per subscription);
GROW Intensive
For managers and CEOs who want quick results. A one day intensive individual coaching session designed specifically to give our clients confidence in how they manage their employees by focusing on themselves and their businesses for a whole day, without interruption:
- defining their business goals in terms of the human resources needed to achieve them;
- understanding their own strengths and challenges;
- analysing human resource compliance gaps;
- learning essential staff management skills; and
- developing their People Management Strategy.
This platinum level program includes:
- workbook;
- detailed profile of your attitudes, motivations, interpersonal skills, work preferences and interests;
- template HR documents and checklists;
- off-site venue;
- email updates;
- access to our network of HR and IR and industry advisers; and
- a resource book, chosen specifically for you and your situation.
